From day one, we wanted to bring the best of American baking to the island: generous cakes with familiar flavors, designed to be shared. That idea hasn’t changed.

We started in 1999 with a clear vision: choosing the right dessert shouldn’t be difficult. We decided to make individual-sized cakes so that everyone at the table could choose whatever they wanted, without anyone having to give up their favorite flavor.
Today we have three locations in Mallorca and more than 30 flavors available. But the idea is the same as it was on day one: that you can come in, choose what you want, and leave happy.
